I had such a blast at Today Show this morning whipping up a Mother’s Day brunch in the kitchen with Craig Melvin.  Click here to watch the segment!

We started out with the Orange-Ginger Mocktail – perfect for the guests of every age!  Simply mix Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice and Ginger -ale and serve over ice!

Next up, I put Craig to work mixing the eggs and half and half for the Scalloped Potato Tart – He was great!

To finish off on a sweet note, we made these Ice Cream Sandwiches from Break and Bake Store bought cookies and ice cream – simple assembly for a really elegant and nostalgic treat!
