D Home Magazine Holiday Entertaining Tips on Good Morning Texas

I had the pleasure of sharing some of my favorite Holiday Entertaining Hacks from the pages of D Home Magazine’s new issue on WFAA’s Good Morning Texas along side Jessica Otte.  Click here to watch our segment with Jane McGarry.

Certainly one of the best tips is to be prepared and I was excited to share the items I keep in my tool box that make any centerpieces look picture perfect!  That list includes Wax Candle Adapters, Glass Candle Rings, Cord Free Chargeable Table Lamps, and USB Lighters.

To add character to a DIY centerpiece, pull decor from your home or invest in holiday decor like these glass trees or push pin ornaments.  Add a little life with bud vases filled with flowers from your favorite market. Small bud vases keep the arrangements low and they are very easy to arrange!

For your place settings, layer patterns and colors for a festive setting and start conversations by incorporating a new and unique table element like a crescent side plate or individual salt and pepper shakers.
