Your Custom Pet Crystal
My friends know that I am a passionate pet lover! I even wrote a book about Dog Parties! So when these custom pet portrait pieces from my favorite cut crystal company, Artel, came across our ShopKSW desk, I knew I had to offer them to you right away!
Here is how it works:
To begin the design process, please email us at info@shopksw.com. We will send you a form and instructions to return it to us along with 1–3 digital photos of your dog or cat (.jpeg or .pdf files only, please) – and we’ll take it from there! Any type of pet is welcome!
What does that entail? First, Artel’s in-house design team will use your photos and the information provided to create a draft version of the design, which we will send to you for approval within 2 to 3 weeks. Upon receipt of the draft design, we will ask you to either approve the design “as-is” or submit a revision request within 10 days. (Each order includes one design revision request; options for additional revision requests are described in the PRICES & TERMS section below.)
Once the final design is created, your custom design will be meticulously hand-engraved on mouth- blown crystal by Artel’s team of highly skilled Czech artisans. As is the case with all of our handcrafted glassware, slight variations in the design and execution of each piece is to be expected – in other words, each piece will be unique. When the order is complete, we will ship it directly to you ASAP, and will, of course, provide all relevant tracking information.

ADDITIONAL EDITING REQUESTS (PER SHAPE, PER REQUEST): $200
