One Room Challenge – Week 5!!!
We are making some progress! I hesitate to show you too many photos because I don’t want to give too much of the big reveal away but I will tell you that the rug is in place, the sofas were delivered, and the drapes and blinds were hung!
Yay! The drapes are up! That is one big check mark off of my every-growing checklist! It should be shrinking but, with the deadline approaching in a week, of course I am adding to it all the time!
I’m thrilled with my natural blinds from Lowes! The gentleman in my local store was incredibly knowledgable about what we would need and he was fantastic! He worked alongside our the team from Custom Drapery Designs and they got it all organized, ordered and installed! I love the way the black border finishes them and I like to contrast against the black and white check.
We did suffer two wasp stings during our drapery install – ranch life!- but otherwise we all cruised through the day!
We have another install on Thursday morning! Can’t wait to pull everything together and
share the entire room with you next week!
